Location: Green Park, Reading, with UK wide travel (Home based under COVID restrictions)

What you’ll be doing
6. Leading capital projectsfrom early scoping to handover
7. Managing budgetswith transparency and confidence
8. Engaging stakeholdersand ensuring every voice is heard
9. Championing complianceacross CDM, H&S and Chorus II
10. Supporting bids and business casesas a trusted SME
11. Driving continuous improvementin how we deliver projects
12. Overseeing small worksand maintaining a “no surprises” culture
What you’ll bring
13. Experience delivering major construction or fit‑out projects
14. A calm, inclusive leadership style that builds trust
15. Strong organisational skills and confidence with Microsoft Project
16. A recognised project management qualification (e.g., IPMA)
17. The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with a wide range of people
18. A proactive, self‑driven approach with a focus on clarity and communication
