What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be that steady, reassuring presence in the classroom. The one who spots when a child is struggling and knows how to bring things back on track. Whether it’s supporting learning, helping regulate emotions, or celebrating the small wins (which are often the big ones), your role will be key to that child’s day.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEND
* Confidence in managing behaviour and building trust
* A calm, positive approach, even on the tricky days
* Someone who gets it, patience, empathy, and a good sense of humour go a long way
