DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Helpdesk Operative to play a vital role in coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
What Does the Role Entail?
As part of your duties, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
1. Answer calls from Home Delivery Crews, Customer Services, and communicate with Customers to assist with directions and order inquiries, ensuring all customer orders are updated in line with company policy.
2. Ensure all available resources are used to assist the crews in making successful deliveries.
3. Work as part of a team environment.
What Do We Need From You?
* Good computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Good administration and organisational skills.
