Role Overview
You will be part of a dedicated team providing excellent standards within Eadar Glinn Home. Your responsibilities include supporting the Domestic Supervisor and team, maintaining cleanliness, managing laundry and household duties, and adhering to policies including Health & Safety standards.
Responsibilities
1. Support residents' daily lives and meet standards set by Health & Social Care Standards, My Support, My Life.
2. Work alongside residents, carers, and other professionals as appropriate.
3. Promote a compassionate, understanding approach, demonstrating empathy and flexibility.
4. Maintain good communication, be enthusiastic, adaptable, and work well within a team.
