What You'll Do
* Provide technical expertise and support Geotechnical staff within a branch and region.
* Host or attend project meetings with clients and ECS staff to develop technical solutions.
* Mentor Associate Principals and participate in review committees for candidates seeking Associate Principal (Geotechnical) designation.
* Oversee projects, review technical reports, prepare and review proposals, and assist with department management and P&L at the office and regional levels.
* Contribute to business development by maintaining and developing client relationships.
* Assist hiring managers in staffing decisions.
* Lead and coach junior staff members.
* Perform similar duties in CMT due to departmental overlaps.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or related field.
* 12 years of relevant experience.
* Experience as a senior reviewer in your current or previous firm.
* Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in each state of practice.
* Valid driver's license if driving for ECS or its subsidiaries.
