We're keen to speak with people who: Have experience as a Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Learning Support Assistant or within Education Have experience supporting children and young people with additional needs Are passionate about helping pupils achieve positive outcomes Can build positive and trusting relationships with young people Have strong communication and teamwork skills Are resilient, adaptable and committed to making a difference We also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills from youth work, care, sports coaching, mentoring or other child-focused environments.
