Consultants are expected to build and maintain a sustainable caseload, but we do not impose minimum thresholds.2. Fee-Share Structure 60/40 split in favour of the consultant solicitor for matters relating to clients they bring on board. 50/50 split for matters relating to clients introduced by the firm.This arrangement ensures consultants are rewarded fairly for their own business development, while also sharing equitably in fees for work generated by the firm.
