We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English and French) Account Executive to help continue to drive our revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and managing opportunities from initiation through close. This position is a full-cycle field sales role, that is responsible for developing relationships and driving opportunities.


Responsibilities

* Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
* Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for the company solutions.
* Understand the unique needs and pain points of each prospect or customer.
* Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products and tailor presentations to address specific customer challenges.
* Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and their features.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our SaaS solutions.
* Address customer questions and objections effectively.
* Manage and drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
* Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
* Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to align strategies and maximize customer value.
* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets.


Requirements

* 3-7 Years Experience in a Sales or customer facing role.
* Located in EMEA with the ability to travel up to 25%
* Fluent in English and French.
* Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if dealing with international clients.
* Established track record of successful SaaS or software sales.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.


Nice to Have

* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
* Experience working with or selling to Construction, Architecture and Engineering organization is a plus.
