Overview
We’re looking for a Housing Support Worker to join our Housing team at YMCA North Tyneside. The role will be based in Stockton.
The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth and effective day to day running of the accommodation services. You will also work closely with the team to support residents and the wider Housing Department to share good practice and develop our services.
Work hours and contract
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, various shift
* Contract type: Permanent
Salary
* £13.60 per hour
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the smooth and effective day to day running of the accommodation services
* Support residents and the wider Housing Department to share good practice
* Develop and improve our housing services through collaboration with the team
Qualifications and requirements
* Relevant experience and/or qualifications in support work
* Recent relevant training and continuing professional development
* Flexible approach to working hours, including daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
