Job summary: As a Trainee Nursing Assistant at HC-One, you will be a role model, leading by example to embody supreme kindness in every aspect of your work across our Memory Care, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will help ensure residents care planning arrangements are delivered impeccably, support residents’ sense of choice and independence, and keep Resident wellbeing at the forefront.
Main duties
We have created a new Trainee Nursing Assistant role as part of an outstanding development program that upskills Senior Care Assistants to undertake more responsibility and develop the skills needed to be a Nursing Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting with tasks such as administering medicines, wound care, catheter care and other direct clinical tasks under the supervision of a qualified nurse. Salary increases are awarded upon program completion.

* S/NVQ or Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care
