We are looking for a detail-driven Technical Assistant to support our Technical team in maintaining accurate, compliant food and drink information. This role plays a key part in product governance, allergen management and supporting menu launches, helping to deliver a safe and trusted guest experience. This is a Hybrid role with circa two days working in our head office in Wolverhampton.
What you’ll be doing
•Check, validate and maintain food and drink specifications using Smart Supplier.
•Support menu launches by preparing, updating and validating specifications.
•Assist with supplier audit preparation and documentation checks.
•Support food panelling and product quality assessments.
•Proofread and review menu documentation for accuracy and compliance.
•Support food safety, allergen and quality complaint investigations.

Essential:
•Strong attention to detail.
•Comfortable working with structured technical information.
•Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
•Clear and confident communicator.
•Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
Desirable:
•Food-related degree or relevant industry experience.
•Experience with specifications, allergens or food governance systems.
