Key Responsibilities Handle a specialist caseload of Dangerous Dogs Act matters, including prohibited breeds and out-of-control dogs Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court Provide high-quality, client-focused advice and advocacy Maintain up-to-date knowledge of criminal law and practice Work independently while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally 2 years PQE in criminal law (flexible depending on experience) Solid case management and advocacy skills Strong IT literacy and numeracy Able to manage complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and care Experience in Dangerous Dog cases is advantageous — though not essential if you’re keen to specialise in this niche area Highly organised with an ability to prioritise under pressure What’s on Offer?
