Regional Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Executive (Full Time)
We entrust you with this area:
* Events - you organise, plan and sell them with an eye for detail by creating function sheets, processing and input of name lists
* Data you keep them accurate and relevant in our system Opera to extract reports for measurement of opportunities and progress
* Coordination - you coordinate all the teams involved, accompany each event and draw an instructive conclusion at the end.
* Inquiries you answer them by phone and e-mail in consultation with the Regional Director of Sales
* Negotiations from quoting to final contract preparation

1. Your training in the hotel industry - is completed and you have already gained experience in the field
2. Negotiating skills - you convince with competence and charm and find solutions with which all parties are satisfied
3. Organisation is key, and you are able to prioritise based on business needs
4. Communication - that is your thing! You are eloquent and a pleasant conversation partner
