Position Overview:
Our medium sized niche high quality developer client is looking for their next New Homes Sales Negotiator in Bedford. Responsible for representing the development in selling newly constructed homes. Your primary objective will be to engage with prospective buyers, showcase available properties, and guide them through the sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement: Interact with potential buyers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide information about available properties and guide them through the home buying process.
2. Property Presentation: Showcase new homes to prospective buyers, highlighting features, amenities, and customisation options. Ensure that properties are presented in an appealing and professional manner to attract potential buyers.
