About you:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR or People Advisor role, ideally within manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of UK & NI employment law
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 is desirable)
* Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
What you'll do:
* Provide comprehensive end-to-end People support for leaders and employees across the UK
* Manage employee relations casework and absence management processes
* Lead full-cycle recruitment and assist with talent acquisition and succession planning
* Oversee UK People compliance, including legislative updates and fair employment monitoring
* Support payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
* Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and People-focused projects
