Job Description:
We're looking for a Senior Information Coordinator to join our Natural Resources team, working at our wastewater site for Thames Water in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
Location: Hybrid working, with a split of working from home, site at Harpenden, Hertfordshire and offices in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Information Coordinator, you'll work within the Thames Water Framework, taking a lead on controlling information flow between all parties, providing initial quality control of documentation, and assisting with handover activities. You'll interpret client close-out procedures and governance processes to ensure effective delivery and takeover, achieving customer satisfaction and commercial success.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Ensuring documents are controlled effectively using the project document management system, and managing the document management system (ISO9001)
* Assisting in developing the document management system to meet business requirements (ISO9001) and providing training as needed
* Identifying and preparing new document control processes and recommending efficiencies
* Staying updated with document control processes and technologies to facilitate information flow between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team
* Acting as Software Superuser on relevant systems
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Information Coordinator is suitable if you:
* Have good knowledge of digital delivery tools (TWEXnet, BC Assure, ViewPoint, Microsoft Office, Teams)
* Possess clear and effective communication skills with multidisciplinary teams, clients, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
* Have experience working with large data volumes from various sources, preferably in a tier-one environment
* Are experienced with EDMS, with Viewpoint For Projects preferred
* Are proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
