Middlesbrough (Hybrid – 3–4 Days Remote)
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
We’re working with a fast-growing and innovative digital marketing business based in Middlesbrough that is looking to add a talented Account Manager to their expanding team.

The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver strong results.
You’ll work closely with internal marketing specialists while keeping clients informed, engaged, and confident in the work being delivered.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients
* Acting as the key point of contact for client queries and campaign updates
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
* Supporting clients with strategy discussions and campaign performance reviews
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value
Qualifications
* Experience in an Account Manager, Client Relationship, Digital Marking or similar role
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects
While not essential, the following experience would be beneficial:
* Experience working within digital marketing, PPC, SEO, or agency environments
* Familiarity with performance marketing campaigns or paid media
* Experience using tools such as Google Ads, analytics platforms, or reporting tools
* Understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital marketing strategies
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders or accounts
