Our client is looking to appoint a reliable and organised Finance Assistant to join their team based in Inverness. The role is part-time, 20 hrs per week ideally over 5 days but with some flexibility offered. This is a fixed term 12-month Maternity Cover role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing and reconciling sales and purchase invoices.
2. Bank account reconciliations.
3. Updating and maintaining accurate financial records.
4. Daily use of financial software systems and MS Office as well as an in house database.
5. Operating with accuracy and attention to detail in all record keeping.
6. Answering enquiries by telephone and email.
