As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the cocktail and drinks menu, as well as the training and development of the team.

* Previous bar management experience
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Wine and Spirits qualifications (preferable)
* Proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
* Strong knowledge and passion for food and drink
* Understanding of pricing and sales strategies
