Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead the delivery of the King’s Trust Team Programme—a dynamic, 12‑week personal development course for young people aged 16 to 25.
As Team Leader, you’ll transform lives by guiding a team of young people through a carefully structured programme that builds confidence, resilience, and practical skills through community projects, team activities, residentials, and work experience. You will help participants overcome barriers, discover their potential, and take real steps toward education, employment or training.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, believes in the power of second chances, and knows how to bring out the best in others. It’s about more than teaching—it’s about mentoring, motivating, and making a genuine difference.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check with a 6‑month probationary period.
