We are seeking to appoint a permanent EYFS Practitioner for the new academic year starting in September 2025. We welcome applications from caring and enthusiastic candidates who are passionate and experienced Early Years specialists with a comprehensive understanding of how young children learn and develop. We are looking for someone who: Will be committed to safeguarding pupils making them feel safe and cared for; Is passionate about ensuring that every child can thrive and achieves well, enabling them to develop a ‘lifelong love of learning'; Is caring and compassionate about giving each child the best opportunities; Has a clear knowledge of the EYFS Framework and curriculum; Has enthusiasm and drive in developing high quality learning environments both indoor and outdoor; NNEB, NVQ or appropriate Qualification. In your role at our Academy, you will: Support children's development in all aspects of the EYFS curriculum; Record children's progress and use this as a basis for planning and improving practice and provision; Work in partnership with parents and to value and utilise their contribution to support children's well-being, learning and development; Develop and improve the quality and effectiveness of the EYFS by working collaboratively with the EYFS Teacher.
