Role:Senior Quantity Surveyor Location:Ilkeston, Cookstown or Snodland with regular UK travel Role Summary Here at Enisca Browne our people are central to everything we do and at this time we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and results driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. We deliver projects across the whole of the UK and Ireland therefore we are open to considering candidates within commutable distance to either our Ilkeston or Cookstown offices with the flexibility for regular travel to our sites. Some key responsibilities for the role: Taking ownership of a number of projects from tender handover to final account Budget management and driving cost awareness within the operations teams Cashflow & sales forecasting Monthly payments (Applications, certification etc.) Cost/value reporting Assess and raise required sub-contract certificates as required Budget management including procurement of sub-contractors and preparation of contract documents Review and negotiate contract/sub-contract T&Cs Attendance at both internal and external meetings Promote safe working practices within commercial function Mentor and develop junior commercial and project delivery team personnel Liaison with other departments and carrying out other duties as required.
