Job Description:
As Founding Designer, you will shape the product vision and user experience from the ground up. You’ll own the entire design lifecycle — from strategy and research through to execution — while laying the foundations for a strong design culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a high-impact role with real ownership over both product and brand direction.

What you will do:
* Lead end-to-end design across discovery, UX, UI, and delivery

* Proven experience as a product designer, ideally in early-stage or fast-growth startups
* Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX and UI craft with a user-centred mindset
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with strong ownership, communication, and strategic thinking
