About the Role:
Our Client is hiring a Senior Support Worker who will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
* Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
* Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
* Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed
What You'll Need:
* Diploma or Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent in Adult Care) – essential
* Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* A positive, team-oriented attitude
Hours & Pay:
* 37 hours per week
* £13.50 per hour
* Sleepovers paid at £64 per night
