Bearingboys Ltd are looking for an organised, motivated individual to join their ever-growing team in Ayr, Scotland. We are an online business and require a new member to assist the existing sales team with day to day running of the business.
* To answer incoming calls to the branch on sales and customer service matters
* To manage own inbox of incoming customer emails – not limited to sales and customer service matters
* To assist with a shared inbox of incoming customer emails – not limited to sales and customer service matters
* To raise quotations for customers for both parts online and parts needing to be sourced
* To book out orders and send customers proformas where necessary
* To process customer payments
* To process customer returns and refunds where necessary
* To fill out account forms and questionnaires on behalf of the business for customer audits and account applications
* To serve and assist customers at the trade counter where necessary
* Comply at all times with the letter and spirit of the Company's Health, Safety & Environmental Policy, Quality Policy Equality & Diversity Policy and Code on Business Conduct and Behaviour;
* To carry out such other duties as are reasonably requested by the jobholder's line manager from time to time.
Candidate requirements;
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident with Microsoft programmes; such as outlook and excel
* Full UK driving license

* Salary range £25,500 - £28,500 per annum (depending on experience)
