What You’ll Do
* Lead with impact: Chair statutory reviews, child protection conferences, and complex strategy meetings.
* Champion children's voices: Ensure every plan reflects their needs, wishes, and feelings.
* Drive quality: Monitor and challenge care arrangements, using data and professional insight to uphold the highest standards.
* Be the expert: Provide guidance, contribute to training, and support service improvement.
* Resolve concerns: Promote effective solutions through the review process, in line with IRO guidance.

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is an Enhanced DBS check with a Children’s Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with children.
