Temporary Level 2 Teaching Assistant 27.5 hours per week + Lunchtime Supervisor 2.5 hours per week
39 weeks per year, term time.
Salary Range: Teaching Assistant Grade 3, SCP 3-5 £15,429 - £16,427 per annum/Lunchtime Supervisor Grade 1 SCP 2 £1598 per annum.
The Governing Body, staff and pupils of Tairgwaith Primary School wish to appoint an excellent and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work with pupils throughout the 3-11 age range. This position may include some 1:1 support responsibility.
The Governors will be seeking the following skills/personal qualities:
•Enthusiasm and self motivation
•Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
•Good people skills with adults and children.
•The ability to work as part of a team and receive instruction under the direct supervision of the class teacher.
•Able to support strategies aimed to maximise pupil progress and well-being.
•Caring, flexible and approachable to pupils, staff and parents.
