We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business & Systems Analysis Team within the IT Portfolio. This position will be part of our BA resource pool, supporting a range of strategic projects, including CRM, ServiceNow, Windows 10 upgrades, and the Student App.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will ensure that key business goals are understood and documented. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality business solutions that meet business requirements. Your role will include participating in, leading, and contributing to relevant meetings, as well as providing support and training to technical and business teams on new systems and processes.
About You
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on multiple complex projects or workstreams
* Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems confidently
* Excellent understanding of creating and writing functional and technical specifications for systems
* Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable conducting interviews, meetings, and workshops with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to lead, negotiate, influence, challenge, and drive change
* Experience working on medium to large-scale assignments
* Experience in fast-paced environments, capable of navigating tight deadlines
* Detailed knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
* Holding or working towards a BCS Business Analyst Diploma or Advanced Diploma
