Full-time permanent Bookkeeper/ Secretary in Dartmouth, paying £28k Your new company Working for a family-run business specialising in building projects and funerals. They work closely with their clients to ensure a personal and caring approach is given to each circumstance, no matter how big or small the project may be. The role is Mondays 8.30am - 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Fridays 9am - 4.30pm. 35 hours per week. Salary is £28k. Your new role An exciting opportunity for a Secretary/ Bookkeeper has arisen for this lovely family-run business. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the MD and responsible for providing highly efficient and robust administrative support. General secretarial and administrative duties Liaise with customers, suppliers and other staff and be a point of contact Managing and coordinating diaries, screening and arranging appointments Reception duties, answering calls and handling queries Distribution of emails and sending replies Post distribution Sending and typing corresponding from MD Bookkeeping and all aspects of Sales and purchase ledgers via SAGE.
