Ask MARC Service - West Midlands Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £25,282.44 - £28,861.62 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) Location: West Midlands (travel required) About the Role Our client has been commissioned by the West Midlands Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner to deliver Ask MARC (Male Abuse Referral Centre) - a specialist service providing high-risk male victims of domestic abuse with dedicated, trauma-informed support. Ask MARC offers a clear referral pathway and tailored advocacy for men experiencing interpersonal abuse, including intimate partner and familial abuse, historic and childhood sexual violence, stalking, honour-based abuse and forced marriage. As an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA), you will deliver high-quality front line support to male victims assessed as being at high risk of harm. You will work within a multi-agency framework, including MARAC, to reduce risk, increase safety and empower victims to regain control of their lives.
