Your new role
A Project Coordinator/Estimator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects. Working closely with senior project QS and project managers, you’ll be responsible for estimating new enquiries, coordinating material orders, and maintaining project documentation. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Preparing material take-offs from drawings
2. Producing estimates using internal costing methods
3. Liaising with suppliers and arranging meetings
4. Ordering materials for partitions, ceilings, and flooring
5. Updating project documents and health & safety information
6. Managing enquiries and creating job folders
7. Handling calls and general office administration
What you'll need to succeed
8. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
9. Excellentmunication and customer service abilities
10. Knowledge of internal fit-outs and associated materials (Ideal)
11. Ability to use AutoCAD or similar software (preferred but not essential)
12. Highly organised with attention to detail
