As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skills, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our residents during a vulnerable time, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions—an incredibly rewarding aspect of the role.
You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months' experience in health or social care, hold a valid Pin number, and understand your professional commitments as per NMC standards. You should have a passion for mentoring and sharing your knowledge with colleagues, supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor. Effective communication, both verbal and written, and professional behavior are essential.
You will advocate for and deliver person-centered care for residents and their families. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; therefore, you should recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional relevant training, seeking advice and escalating concerns when necessary.
