Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage complex care packages for paediatric patients, including planning, risk assessments, and clinical re-assessments.
2. Conduct new client assessments and chair monthly team meetings.
3. Perform medication and clinical audits to maintain best practice standards.
4. Provide clinical supervision and competency sign-off for Registered Nurses.
