We are seeking enthusiastic Paralegals with a passion for property work and experience in handling a variety of sale and purchase transactions. Day-to-day of the role:
* Handle your own caseload of sale and purchase files under supervision.
* Update clients and introducers on the progress of matters.
* Raise and respond to enquiries, interrogate responses, and provide detailed reports to clients.
* Deal with pre-exchange and completion issues.
* Work collaboratively with a team of Fee Earners, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* GCSE pass at grade C or above in English and Maths.
* A Law degree (ideally 2:1 or above) or an equivalent law qualification is highly desirable.
* Experience working within a law firm environment, preferably with residential conveyancing or wider property exposure.
* Competence in using IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deliver tasks timely and handle pressure effectively.
