We have a very exciting opportunity for a full-time, Level 3+ qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Little DISCoveries Nursery and Preschool, which has recently opened!
The nursery is a 126-place setting and is part of a brand new amenities building. The building also features a gym and café (both available to Bright Horizons colleagues working in the nursery).
Children will have access to 8 age-appropriate rooms, all opening onto a courtyard garden, plus a separate wellness garden and a multi-function room equipped with multimedia technology.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Ensuring the learning environment offers consistent stimulation and engaging activities both indoors and outdoors
* Planning and delivering rich learning opportunities to support children’s development and milestones
* Building strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and professionals to meet each child's needs

* Maintaining a positive, safe, and happy environment with your team
What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Educator
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements
* Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
* Effective communication skills with children and adults
