As Regional Growth Marketing & Business Development Manager within our Market & Clients team, you will support the regional growth team and Partners in planning and implementing a go-to-market strategy across the region.
This role is key to working alongside Partners and Directors to deliver the strategy, focusing on target lists, key accounts, and supporting national and local sales campaigns.
Location: North & Scotland Region, covering North West, Yorkshire & North East, and Scotland.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support the Regional Growth Senior Manager in creating and delivering the regional growth strategy, understanding market opportunities and regional position.
2. Provide sales enablement support to Partners and Directors: develop target lists, research targets, prepare for meetings, manage follow-up, pipeline, and KPIs.
3. Lead client and market boards with Practice Leads, providing updates on growth activities.
4. Work with Partners and Directors on account management for regional accounts.
5. Support local business development campaigns and identify new opportunities.
6. Manage implementation of national campaigns within the region, ensuring follow-up and measuring ROI.
7. Manage local PR relationships to protect and enhance the brand, and support Partners and Directors in building their profiles.
8. Lead local brand building and events, especially in the Scottish market.
9. Ensure internal communication across regional offices to promote enablement activities.
10. Participate in the broader regional growth team, sharing ideas and efficiencies.
11. Report on progress.
Qualifications:

* Strong communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Organizational skills, results focus, and personal effectiveness.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Project management experience.
* Understanding of ROI measurement.
