We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and ambitious professional to handle multiple administrative and customer service-related responsibilities. The Service Assistant role is to provide a positive experience by managing certain back of house processes, creating a more seamless customer journey.

What You'll Do
* Providing effective and courteous service to all visitors, existing customers, and employees
* Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload, meet deadlines, and fulfill management requests
* Work closely with local body shops to gather updated estimated completion dates and note repair quality with turnaround times
* Create purchase orders to ensure timely progression of third-party repairs
* Support the workshop team with customer communication during vehicle service and manage response times in communication queues
* Proactively manage unscheduled appointments and reschedule appointments to optimize workshop diaries and enhance customer experience
* Assist with loan vehicle administration related to customer appointments
* Coordinate parking arrangements on site in collaboration with Front of House
* Manage the Loan Vehicle fleet, including maintenance, distribution, and returns
* Conduct audits of Loan Vehicles
* Handle account receivables for site-specific vehicles and follow up on outstanding balances
* Assist customers with queries, bookings, and education on vehicle use as needed
* Ensure an excellent day-to-day customer experience
