(Hybrid – 50% face-to-face) Become a pivotal member of our client’s Reablement Team in Wiltshire as an experienced Occupational Therapist, where your work will make a direct and lasting impact on individuals’ lives after hospital discharge. Conduct strengths-based assessments and design personalised reablement plans Provide expert advice on equipment and decision-making Support and train team members Deliver compassionate, bespoke care across a diverse caseload Work collaboratively with the Principal Occupational Therapist and wider team Participate in career development opportunities, including leadership and coaching programmes Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Occupational Therapy Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience Full UK driving licence (essential for home and hospital visits) Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Commitment to hybrid working – 50% face-to-face This is a hybrid role, offering autonomy and flexibility while ensuring meaningful face-to-face engagement with service users.
