Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Reablement
Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid – 50% face-to-face)
Working Hours: Full-time, 37 hours/week
Pay Rate: £36.54 per hour

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client’s Reablement team at Wiltshire. (Hybrid – 50% face-to-face)
Become a pivotal member of our client’s Reablement Team in Wiltshire as an experienced Occupational Therapist, where your work will make a direct and lasting impact on individuals’ lives after hospital discharge. Our mission is to help people regain confidence and independence, reducing long-term care needs through tailored support.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Conduct strengths-based assessments and design personalised reablement plans
2. Provide expert advice on equipment and decision-making
3. Support and train team members
4. Deliver compassionate, bespoke care across a diverse caseload
5. Work collaboratively with the Principal Occupational Therapist and wider team
6. Participate in career development opportunities, including leadership and coaching programmes
Qualifications & Experience:
7. Degree in Occupational Therapy
8. Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
9. Full UK driving licence (essential for home and hospital visits)
10. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
11. Commitment to hybrid working – 50% face-to-face
