About the Role In this pivotal position, you'll be instrumental in driving sales across our client's full range of building materials and timber products. You'll collaborate with a close-knit team of 22 staff to cultivate strong relationships with customers, both over the phone and face-to-face at the trade counter. Your primary goal will be to maximise sales through proactive engagement, expert advice, and exceptional customer service. This includes providing timely quotations, diligent follow-ups, and actively seeking out new sales opportunities. You'll be the friendly, reliable face customers look forward to seeing, ensuring they consistently receive top-tier service and sound product guidance. This role involves working alternate Saturday mornings.
