Sales & Application Specialist - South West England at GE HealthCare
Job Description Summary
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Do you thrive on creativity, love connecting with customers, and get fired up by big wins? If so, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you! We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team and drive innovation in healthcare. In this role, you’ll be the face of our cutting‑edge ultrasound systems, helping healthcare providers unlock their full potential. You won’t just sell—you’ll empower customers by training them to use our technology with confidence and precision.
This is a hybrid role with frequent travel. You will be working in and around operating theatres and outpatient clinic settings where you will be exposed to surgical and non‑surgical procedures. From day one, you’ll dive into an immersive onboarding experience, learning directly from seasoned sales experts. Once you're up to speed, you’ll take full ownership of your territory, building strong relationships and delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
* Drive growth and impact: boost orders, sales, margins, and market share by delivering exceptional clinical consulting, building strong customer relationships, and supporting both regional sales teams and national show sites.
* Become a trusted expert: deepen your understanding of territory, product lines, and customer needs; shape and execute strategic sales initiatives.
* Think commercially, act decisively: use your grasp of key business drivers to guide your work and contribute meaningfully to your team’s success; make smart decisions within a clear framework.
* Be the connector: communicate clearly with colleagues and customers, translating technical details into real‑world value; act as a bridge between our solutions and their needs, building trust and delivering results.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in Sales & Clinical Sales; knowledge level comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Desired Characteristics
* Exceptional communication skills – confident and clear, whether speaking in front of customers, presenting on Teams, or following up via email.
* Strategic mindset – design, promote, and execute impactful plans that drive results.
* Detail‑oriented and organized – keep things running smoothly and never miss a beat using Salesforce and your diary.
* Collaborative spirit – thrive in team environments, bring people together to achieve common goals, share best practice, accept support.
