Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes liaising with internal teams to tailor solutions and providing regular updates on sales performance to leadership.

* Proven experience in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably within the utilities or energy sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and nurture client and supplier relationships.
* Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to identify and act upon sales opportunities.
* Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools to track performance and manage accounts effectively.
* Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of the utilities, energy, or waste management sectors is highly beneficial.
