KCR Solutions are excited to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an excellent manufacturing company in Cramlington. Reporting into the Financial Controller this is a hands-on position working in a small team. Main duties will include: • Raising purchase orders • Processing purchase invoices • Resolving supplier queries • Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs • Posting cash to ledger • Statement reconciliations • Preparing and processing invoices • Collecting card payments from clients • Liaising with clients to collect payments • Cover for weekly payroll, including journal preparation • Reconciling company credit cards • Maintaining material import spreadsheet for quarterly HMRC import returns
