Pay: £12.40 per hour
Shifts: Days or Nights
Contract: Full-time, Permanent and Part-time, Permanent
The Role
1. Provide person-centred support to adults with complex and profound needs
2. Support daily living tasks (medication, cooking, cleaning, activities)
3. Offer emotional and practical support
4. Support community access, independence, and skill development
5. Build positive, trusting relationships
About You
6. Understanding of challenging behaviours and developmental needs
7. Resilient, confident, and compassionate
8. Good communication skills and a positive attitude
9. Experience in care or mental health settings desirable (not essential)
10. Able to work independently and as part of a team
11. Full UK driving licence desirable (not essential)
