Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
* Support teachers in raising attainment and engagement.
* Work with small groups and individual pupils to provide targeted intervention.
* Assist in classroom management and behaviour strategies.
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects.
