Project Administrator

At Cloud9, we’re looking for a super-organised, proactive Project Administrator who’s excited to support our delivery teams, keep projects moving, and help us continuously improve how we work. You’ll be part of a collaborative, people-first team where your ideas, voice, and growth really matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the go-to person for project teams—scheduling meetings, keeping calendars in check, and making sure action points don’t get forgotten.
* Help plan and track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones, keeping everything (and everyone) moving forward.
* Keep project documentation clean, current, and easy to find, because no one likes digging for the latest version.
* Proactively follow up on tasks, keeping everyone aligned and ahead of deadlines.
* Support resource planning, helping ensure the right people are on the right projects at the right time.
* Work closely with our Head of PMO to monitor project health, flag risks early, and keep everything on course.
* Help manage client comms, from chasing feedback and prepping reports to sharing updates that keep clients in the loop.
* Help refine and improve how we deliver work, streamlining processes and removing friction where you find it.
* Use project management tools to track progress and ensure visibility across teams.
* Build and maintain dashboards or reports that give real-time insight into what’s going on.
* Support PMO admin tasks like capacity tracking, system updates, and process improvements that keep us running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring

* Great communication: clear, professional, people-first.
* Confidence using project tools (or the drive to learn them quickly).
* Experience in a project support, operations, or coordination role.
* A calm, solutions-focused mindset, even when things get busy.
* The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
* Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Agile, PRINCE2, or tools like Synergist—but these aren’t deal-breakers.
