You will work closely with participants, providing tailored employability support, career coaching, and practical guidance to help individuals overcome barriers and move into sustainable employment. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of participants, building strong relationships and delivering a high-quality support service that empowers individuals to achieve positive outcomes.
