Position: Executive PA
Location: Glasgow
Contract Type: Temporary - 6 months contract
What You'll Do:
As our Executive PA, you will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring smooth operations within our organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
Calendar Management: Coordinating and maintaining schedules to optimise time and efficiency.
Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and formatting reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision.
Meeting Coordination: organising meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes, while ensuring follow-ups are executed.
Travel Arrangements: Planning and booking travel itineraries with attention to detail and cost-effectiveness.
Project Support: Assisting with various projects as required, providing administrative support that contributes to our mission in education.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in a similar Executive PA role or administrative position, ideally within the education sector.
Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Adaptability: A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
