Job Description
As a Sales Support Coordinator at PWR Europe, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales function. Acting as a central support point for our sales team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative, coordination, and customer service tasks. From processing quotes and managing orders, to responding to customer queries and maintaining up‑to‑date sales records, your contribution will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service and meet our growth targets.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal departments and external customers. You will also assist in maintaining CRM systems, preparing reports, and coordinating orders from initiation through to delivery, while ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
