Corporate Partnership Fundraiser – 6 month Fixed Term (Full‑time)
Merrifield Consultants is working with a well‑established children’s hospice in Hampshire to find a Corporate Partnership Fundraiser. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated fundraising team during a busy period, helping to build and strengthen corporate relationships that make a real difference to children with life‑limiting conditions and their families.

Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 6 months, Full‑time
Job Responsibilities
* Identify, research and approach new corporate partnership opportunities that align with the hospice’s values and fundraising objectives.
* Manage and develop a portfolio of existing corporate relationships, ensuring excellent stewardship and maximising income potential.
* Coordinate and deliver corporate fundraising activities including charity of the year partnerships, sponsorships, employee fundraising and corporate events.
* Work closely with the fundraising team to support the delivery of income targets and contribute to the overall fundraising strategy.
* Provide excellent supporter care, ensuring all corporate partners feel valued and engaged with the hospice’s work.
* Maintain accurate records of all corporate partnerships and fundraising activity using the CRM database.
* Represent the hospice at corporate events and networking opportunities, acting as an ambassador for the organisation.
Skills and Experience
* Experience of corporate fundraising or business development, with a track record of building successful relationships.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage supporters at all levels.
* Confident presenting and networking, with the ability to inspire businesses to support the cause.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Experience of working towards income targets and delivering results.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
