We are currently recruiting experienced PMVA (GSA) Trainers, based in the Manchester area, with the flexibility and willingness to travel. In this role, you will deliver our BILD ACT-certified 1-day and 3-day PMVA and Breakaway Training sessions to a wide range of staff from diverse professional backgrounds.
Essential Qualifications:
* GSA Tutor Certification (current and valid)
* First Aid at Work and/or Immediate Life Support (ILS) certification
* Minimum of 2 years' continuous experience in a care or mental health setting
* A recognised teaching qualification
Position Details:
* Freelance role – offering flexibility and competitive daily rates.
* Advance scheduling – availability is agreed upon in advance, with rotas provided 3 months to 1 year ahead.
* Varied delivery – includes open public courses, in-house training, and emergency cover when needed.
* Full support provided – our dedicated Training Support Team handles logistics and admin so you can focus solely on delivering high-quality training.

* Own laptop with Microsoft Office installed and ready for use
